ABOUT TOM CARMAZZI

Tom retired at the end of 2019 to “give back” all the “gifts” he has received from God during his life and career.  He believes his previous experience, education, and on-going transformation to Christ provide the background to help others in their climb.  Specifically, in the areas of Leadership, Vision & Values deployment, Culture creation, and Organization development.    

Since his retirement, Tom has helped companies create and deploy Christian Values throughout their organization and bring those to life in their daily activities. He believes his purpose is to bring to light the intersection of Christ, Capitalism, and Culture to exponentially impact the Kingdom.  

Tom’s business experience includes 4 years in public accounting with Grant Thornton; 17 years with Cooper Industries (acquired by Eaton) in various roles from mergers & acquisitions to Vice President of Operations of the Crouse-Hinds Division; and most recently, 20 years with Tuthill Corporation where he became the CEO in 2011.
