Tom retired (or refocused as he likes to call it) in 2019 to give back the gifts he has received from God. His previous experience, education, and ongoing transformation in Christ provide a rich background to help others in their journey. His focus is on leadership, vision and values deployment, culture creation, and organization development. Before retirement, Tom was Tuthill Corporation’s CEO, bringing to life the corporate COMPASS--Tuthill’s inspiring version of a Vision & Mission statement. Tom has helped companies craft and deploy Christian values throughout their organizations and bring those to life in their daily activities. He believes his purpose is bringing to light the intersection of Christ, Company, and Culture to exponentially impact the Kingdom.
